These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 6i6i. By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any services on the 6i6i platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

By registering for an account on 6i6i, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any services provided by 6i6i, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any updates or modifications we may make from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of 6i6i services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, or any subsequent modification, you must immediately cease using all 6i6i services and close your account by contacting customer support.

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension or closure.
To create a 6i6i account, you must complete our online registration form providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable.
Upon successful registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other account access information with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.
As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, 6i6i implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. We may require you to submit identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and payment method verification (bank account statement or screenshot showing account holder name). First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 typically trigger mandatory KYC verification.
You must notify 6i6i customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, fraudulent activity, or security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
6i6i accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next banking day.
For security and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name, matching the name on your 6i6i account. Third-party withdrawals (withdrawals to accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.
6i6i does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Please check with your financial institution regarding any applicable charges.
6i6i offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. Unless explicitly stated as "wager-free," all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount). 6i6i reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate any bonus and associated winnings if we determine that bonus abuse, fraud, or violation of promotional terms has occurred. 6i6i reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, any bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be removed from affected player accounts. Real-money deposits and winnings from real-money bets remain unaffected.

In no event shall 6i6i's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the three months immediately preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 6i6i, our officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use or misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure request, any pending bets will be settled, and your remaining balance (excluding any bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure is typically completed within 48 hours.
6i6i reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, created multiple accounts, provided false information during registration, engaged in money laundering, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the integrity of our services or the rights of other players.
Upon account termination for violation of these Terms, 6i6i reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds. If your account is closed in good standing (voluntary closure or closure for responsible gaming reasons), your remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or chargebacks. All licenses granted to you under these Terms terminate immediately upon account closure.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
